Komunikat dotyczący planowanych działań serwisowych w systemie GK PGE - CTRM

PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. niniejszym informuje, iż planuje przeprowadzić niezbędne działania serwisowe na systemie operacyjnym dedykowanym do obsługi obrotu hurtowego w GK PGE - CTRM (Commodity Trade and Risk Management), co spowoduje, że dane o zdarzeniach dotyczących jednostek wytwórczych GK PGE nie będą publikowane na witrynie GPI REMIT oraz na witrynie internetowej PGE w zakładce REMIT, i zostaną opublikowane z opóźnieniem.

Prace serwisowe powodujące brak możliwości publikacji informacji wewnętrznej będą przeprowadzone w następującym oknie czasowym:

  1. od soboty 21 marca 2026 r. godzina 00:00 do soboty 21 marca 2026 r. godzina 04:00, ale mogą być zakończone wcześniej.

Jednocześnie PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. informuje i zapewnia, iż do czasu publikacji informacji wewnętrznej dotyczącej dostępności jednostek wytwórczych:

  1. opóźnienie publikacji informacji wewnętrznej nie wprowadzi w błąd opinii publicznej, oraz
  2. Spółka zapewni poufność tych Informacji wewnętrznych, oraz
  3. Spółka nie podejmie w oparciu o tę Informację wewnętrzną decyzji dotyczących obrotu Produktami energetycznymi sprzedawanymi w obrocie hurtowym.

PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. informuje, iż zgodnie z Art. 4 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 1227/2011 z dnia 25 października 2011 r. w sprawie integralności i przejrzystości hurtowego rynku energii (REMIT) dokona stosownego zgłoszenia zamiaru opóźnienia podania informacji wewnętrznej do wiadomości publicznej, do Agencji ds. Współpracy Organów Regulacji Energetyki (ACER) oraz do Prezesa Urzędu Regulacji Energetyki.

PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the Company) hereby informs, that it plans to carry out necessary maintenance activities on the operating system dedicated to the wholesale trade in the PGE Capital Group - CTRM (Commodity Trade and Risk Management), which will result in the fact that the data on events related to the PGE Group's generation units will not be published on the GPI REMIT website and on the PGE website in the REMIT tab, therfore will be published with a delay. 


Maintenance works resulting in the inability to publish Inside information will be carried out in the following time interval:

  1.  from Saturday, March 21, 2026, 00:00 a.m. to Saturday, March 21, 2026, 04:00 a.m., but could be completed earlier.

At the same time, PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. informs that until the publication of Inside Information on the availability of generation units, the Company:

  1. ensures that the delay in publishing Inside information will not mislead the public opinion, and
  2. the Company will ensure the confidentiality of this Inside information, and
  3. the Company will not take any decisions based on this Inside information regarding trade of wholesale energy products.

PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. informs that pursuant to Art. 4 sec. 2 of Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on the wholesale energy market integrity and transparency (REMIT), that it will properly notify its intention of delay disclosing Inside information to the European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) and to the President of the Polish Energy Regulatory Office.
