Signing of an annex to the term loan agreement with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego

With reference to the current report no. 38/2023 of November 28, 2023 the Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. informs that an annex to the term loan agreement with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (“BGK”) was signed on November 20, 2024.

As a result of the annex the amount of the loan was increased from PLN 2 500 million to PLN 3 900 million and the financing period has been extended from maximum of 8 years to maximum of 12 years. The final maturity date was set at December 20, 2036. In addition the annex introduces possibility to use the financing in EUR currency on the floating interest rate based on the relevant EURIBOR rate (reference rate) plus margin.

After signing the above mentioned annex, total debt resulting from the term loans from BGK may amount to no more than PLN 4.62 billion while the total debt resulting from all loan agreements with BGK may amount to no more than PLN 7.52 billion.
