The PGE Group protects the privacy and personal data of its employees, customers and contractors. All companies of the PGE Capital Group have implemented regulations concerning personal data processing and follow uniform rules ensuring the highest level of data protection.
The PGE Capital Group has adopted the Charter of the Data Processing Rules, which constitutes a commitment for all employees of the Group to protect the privacy and data of all persons whose data we process in the course of our business activities. The PGE companies have implemented security measures and procedures protecting personal data. All risks related to data processing are analysed on an ongoing basis and employees participate in regular training in data protection procedures. Personal data processing and protection processes are carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), as well as other applicable legal regulations.
