Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the “Company”) discloses that on April 5, 2024 the Supervisory Board has received a statement of Ms Renata Czech, appointed as the Vice-President of the Management Board for Finance as from April 15, 2024 (current report no. 20/2024), on resignation from this position due to personal reasons.
Legal ground: § 5 p. 4 and § 9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Dziennik Ustaw of 2018, item 757).
