Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”) discloses that on December 6, 2013 the Management Board of PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A. ("PGE GiEK"), PGE subsidiary company, undersigned with Rafako S.A., Polimex-Mostostal S.A. and Mostostal Warszawa S.A. forming a syndicate (later referred to as the „General Contractor”), along with Alstom Power sp. z o.o. participation, a Settlement related to agreement for construction of units no 5&6 in Opole Power Plant.
In connection with the preparatory works regarding the Opole II project, on the ground of the Settlement the partners decided that the Notice To Proceed shall be issued to the General Contractor on January 31, 2014.
The settlement does not breach resolutions of the Agreement undersigned on February 15, 2012.
