Contents of the report
With reference to the current report no. 10/2024 of February 7, 2024 the Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the "Company", "PGE") discloses that on March 6, 2024 the Company's
Supervisory Board adopted resolutions to:
- terminate as of March 17, 2024 delegation of Mr Eryk Kosiński, Supervisory Board Member, to temporarily perform the duties of the Member of the Management Board of PGE acting as the President of the Management Board of PGE,
- terminate as of March 8, 2024 delegation of Ms Małgorzata Banasik, Supervisory Board Member, to temporarily perform the duties of the Member of the Management Board of PGE.
Legal ground: § 5 point 4 and § 9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state. (Dziennik Ustaw of 2018, item 757).
