Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("The Company") attaches to this current report a specification of all information defined in art. 56 section 1 of the Act on public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading and on public companies, that was publicly disclosed in 2013.
Originals of the information are filed at the Company's registered office in Warsaw, at Mysia 2 Street. Information publicly disclosed in 2013 are available also on the Company's website at www.gkpge.pl.
At the same time, the Management Board declares that some information publicly disclosed in 2013 may not be up-to-date.
Legal ground: Art. 65 section 1 of the Act on public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading, and on public companies of July 29, 2005 (Dziennik Ustaw of 2009, no 185 item 1439).
Originals of the information are filed at the Company's registered office in Warsaw, at Mysia 2 Street. Information publicly disclosed in 2013 are available also on the Company's website at www.gkpge.pl.
At the same time, the Management Board declares that some information publicly disclosed in 2013 may not be up-to-date.
