Signing of an annex to the syndicated loan

With reference to the current report no. 7/2023 dated March 2, 2023, the Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. informs that an annex to the revolving loan (the “Loan”) agreement was signed on February 6, 2024. As a result of the annex China Construction Bank (Europe) S.A. with its seat in Luxembourg, operating in Poland through a branch China Construction Bank (Europe) S.A. (Spółka Akcyjna) Branch in Poland, has joined the agreement and Bank of China (Europe) S.A. with its seat in Luxembourg, operating in Poland through its branch Bank of China (Europe) S.A. (Spółka Akcyjna) Branch in Poland (the existing lender), has increased its commitment. Thus, the amount of the Loan was increased from PLN 2 330 million to PLN 3 150 million.

The purpose and the terms of the Loan remain unchanged.
