Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. („Company”) discloses that today Mr. Krzysztof Kilian, resigned from the position of the President of the Management Board & CEO.
Mr. Krzysztof Kilian informed that resignation was filed “on important grounds, in particular related to changes in the Management Board dated October 25, 2013 and its consequences.”
The Supervisory Board entrusted the duties of the CEO to Mr. Piotr Szymanek, Vice-President of the Management Board for Corporate Affairs.
Mr. Piotr Szymanek has been a Vice-President of the Management Board since July 21, 2008.
The Supervisory Board decided also to announce an open competition for the position of the President and for positions of Vice-Presidents of the Management Board.
