Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. („Company”) discloses that on December 23, 2013 Mr. Jacek Drozd, Vice-President of the Supervisory Board, and Mr. Grzegorz Krystek, Member of the Supervisory Board, resigned from their positions.
Mr. Jacek Drozd has been delegated by the Supervisory Board to temporarily perform the duties of the Member of the Management Board - Vice-President for Financial Affairs from November 21, 2013.
Mr. Grzegorz Krystek has been delegated by the Supervisory Board to temporarily perform the duties of the Member of the Management Board - Vice-President for Strategy and Development from November 18, 2013.
Legal ground: § 5 section 1 p. 21 and § 27 of the Regulation of the Polish Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
