The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”, the "Company") discloses that that on January 14, 2026 the Company has received a resignation of Mr. Dariusz Lubera from the PGE’s Supervisory Board. The submitted resignation does not contain information about its reasons.
Legal ground: § 5 p. 5 and § 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated June 6, 2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Dziennik Ustaw of 2025, item 755).
