The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the “Company”, “PGE”) discloses that on April 6, 2017 the Company received a resignation from Mr. Mateusz Gramza, a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board. Mr. Mateusz Gramza submitted his resignation with immediate effect.
