Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the “Company”) discloses that on July 9, 2018 the Company has received a resignation from Mr. Witold Kozłowski from the Company’s Supervisory Board, effective July 9, 2018. The resignation is caused by appointment of Mr. Witold Kozłowski for the position of the President of Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Cracow and requirement of art. 400j.4 of the Act on Environment Protection.
Legal ground: § 5 point 4 and § 9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state. (Dziennik Ustaw of 2018, item 757).
