Registration of the changes to the Statutes

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE", the "Company") informs that on December 15, 2025 the Company has received the confirmation of the entry of amendments to the Company’s Statutes to the Register of the Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register. The District Court Lublin East in Lublin with its seat in Świdnik, 6th Commercial Division of National Court Register registered the changes to the Company's Statutes on December 15, 2025, on the ground of resolution no. 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company of December 4, 2025.

The Company attaches to this report the information about amended or new provisions of the Statutes and consolidated text of the Statutes which includes the changes.

Legal ground: § 5 point 1 and § 6 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated June 6, 2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Dziennik Ustaw of 2025, item 755).
