Registration of the changes to the Statutes

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”, the “Company”) discloses that on August 1, 2017, the District Court of the City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register (the "Register Court") registered the changes to the Company’s Statutes, made on the ground of resolutions no. 38-44 of the Ordinary General Meeting (“OGM”) of the Company of June 27, 2017.

The particular changes made to the Statutes on the ground of the resolutions no. 38-44 of the OGM and the consolidated text of the Statutes including above mentioned changes were presented in the current report no. 39/2017 dated June 28, 2017.

Legal ground: § 38 section 1 point 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
