Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”, the “Company”) discloses that on April 14, 2025 it has decided on the recommendation not to pay dividend for 2024.
In the opinion of the PGE’s Management Board, taking into account the development prospects of the PGE Group, the Company has the potential to pay the dividend in future.
However, further operation of Conventional Generation segment in the structure of the PGE Group, particularly potential scale of payments for CO2 emission rights, translates into limited predictability of financial cash flows of the Group.
