Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the "Company") discloses that on July 3, 2012 the Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to recall Mr. Paweł Skowroński, the Vice-President of the Management Board for Operations.
