Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”, the “Company”) informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted the resolutions to recall the Vice-President (CFO) of the Management Board Mr. Wojciech Topolnicki and entrust the duties of CFO to Mr. Tomasz Zadroga, the President of the Management Board and CEO.
