Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on June 16, 2025 the Company has received a notification of the purchase of the Company’s shares by Mr Maciej Górski, the Vice-President of the Company’s Management Board.
