Publication of preliminary results of the supplementary capacity market auction for delivery period from July 1 to December 31, 2025

With reference to the current report no. 16/2025 (the “Report”), the Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”) notifies that PSE S.A. published preliminary results of the supplementary capacity market auction for the delivery period from July 1 to December 31, 2025, including the clearing price of 431.00 PLN/kW/year (maximum price from range 395.10 - 431.00 PLN/kW/year indicated in the Report). Units from PGE Group have been awarded capacity contracts with an aggregated capacity obligation of 2 173.677 MW (against volume of 2 111 MW indicated in the Report as a minimum).

The above clearing price is not a final result of capacity market auction. Final results are to be published by the President of Energy Regulatory Office on its website (in the section Biuletyn Informacji Publicznej) on the first business day following 21st day after the close of capacity auction. Until then all capacity obligation contracts are conditional. PGE will update this current report only if the final results of capacity market turn out substantially different from preliminary results.
