PGE submitted an application for listing of series C and D shares

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”, “Company”) informs that on October 4, 2010, PGE submitted an application to the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”) for listing of 139,693,727 series C and D shares, registered in Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych (National Depository for Securities, “KDPW”) with ISIN code PLPGER000044, in consequence of assimilation with series A and B shares, registered in KDPW with ISIN code PLPGER000010. Series C and D shares were issued in connection with merger of the Company with PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka S.A. and PGE Energia S.A.At the same time the Management Board of the Company informs that, also on October 4, 2010, PGE submitted an application for assimilation of shares at KDPW. The proposed date for assimilation of shares at KDPW and listing of series C and D shares on WSE is October 18, 2010.Pursuant to § 19 section 1 of WSE Rules, the series C and D shares are considered as admitted to trading as of the submission date of application for listing of series C and D shares, i.e. from October 4, 2010.Legal ground: § 19 of WSE Rules and § 34 section 1 p. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
