Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”) hereby discloses preliminary operating and sales data for January-February 2016 (cumulative).
Net generation of electricity in PGE Group amounted to 8.8 TWh (vs. 9.6 TWh in January-February 2015), including net generation from lignite of 5.7 TWh (vs. 6.6 TWh in January-February 2015).
Average realized wholesale price (i.e. electricity exchange sales price realized by the Conventional Generation segment) amounted to PLN 166 per MWh (vs. PLN 174 per MWh in January-February 2015).
Volume of retail sales to final off-takers amounted to 7.1 TWh (vs. 6.5 TWh in January-February 2015).
Volume of electricity distribution amounted to 5.7 TWh (vs. 5.6 TWh in January-February 2015).
