Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the “Company”) discloses that on May 11, 2017 it has decided to address the Company’s Annual General Meeting with a proposal to allocate the whole net profit for year 2016 in amount of PLN 1,597,678,012.98 to the reserve capital.
