The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”) discloses that on July 31, 2013 in course of negotiations between PGE and Kompania Węglowa S.A. main provisions of the agreement of hard coal supplies for the investment project Opole II were agreed.
