Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the “Company”) discloses that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company (the "OGM") of June 28, 2016 adopted the resolution on distribution of the net profit for 2015 in amount of PLN 1,767,999,316.86 in following way:
- PLN 467,440,207.25 to be allocated for a dividend payout to the Company shareholders, which gives a dividend of PLN 0.25 per one share of the Company,
- the remaining amount of PLN 1,300,559,109.61 to be allocated to the supplementary capital.
As at the date of this current report, the dividend applies to 1,869,760,829 shares.
The OGM determined September 23, 2016 as the dividend date and October 14, 2016 as the dividend payment date.
Legal ground: § 38 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
