Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the “Company”) discloses that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company (the "OGM") of June 6, 2014 adopted the resolution on distribution of the net profit for 2013 in amount of PLN 2,337,559,286.34 in following way:
- for a dividend for shareholders - PLN 1.10 per share, i.e. amount of PLN 2,056,736,911.90;
- PLN 237,631,186.48 for the reserve capital,
- PLN 43,191,187.96 for covering the loss from previous years resulting from the merger of the Company with PGE Energia Jądrowa S.A.
As at the date of this current report, the dividend applies to 1,869,760,829 shares.
The OGM determined September 5, 2014 as the dividend date and September 26, 2014 as the dividend payment date.
Legal ground: § 38 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
