Information about commencement of negotiations of draft investment agreement by PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. with other investors i.e. ENEA S.A., Energa S.A., PGNiG S.A. and about commencement of negotiations between investors and Polimex-Mostostal S.A.

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the ”Company”) discloses that on December 6, 2016 the talks have started between the Company and ENEA S.A., Energa S.A., PGNiG S.A. (“Investors”). The Investors have also commenced talks with Polimex-Mostostal Spółka Akcyjna (“Polimex”). The talks are aimed at developing a framework of potential capital commitment of the Investors in Polimex (the “Investment”) and developing a potential model of co-operation between the Investors in the execution of the Investment.

As at the negotiations opening date, the Company has not made any commitments on the realization of the Investment.

The subsequent stages of the Investment process will be reported by the Company in separate reports.
