The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("Company") attaches to this current report the content of the first notification to the shareholders about the intention to merge the Company with PGE Electra S.A.Legal ground: Art. 504 in connection with Art. 402 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code dated September 15, 2000 (Dziennik Ustaw of 2000, No. 94 item 1037 as amended).
