Estimated selected financial data for the 9 months of 2016.

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”) publishes estimated selected financial data for the 9 months of 2016: consolidated EBITDA will amount to approximately PLN 4,786 million; including:

EBITDA of Conventional Generation segment PLN 2,446 million (including PLN 532 million from total LTC compensation revenues, which contains PLN 148 million coming from court verdicts),
EBITDA of Distribution segment PLN 1,685 million,
EBITDA of Supply segment PLN 320 million,
EBITDA of Renewable Generation segment PLN 256 million.

Consolidated net result attributable to equity holders of the parent company will amount to approximately PLN 1,202 million.
