Dismissal of the Supervisory Board member

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”, the “Company”) discloses that on December 29, 2023 the Company received statement in which the Minister of the State Assets (representative of the State Treasury) dismissed Mr. Zbigniew Gryglas from the Supervisory Board of PGE as of December 29, 2023. The statement was submitted pursuant to § 20 section 5 of the Company's Statutes that entitles the State Treasury to appoint and dismiss one member of the Supervisory Board by way of a written declaration submitted to the Management Board of the Company.

Legal ground: § 5 p. 4 and § 9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Dziennik Ustaw of 2018, item 757).
