Dismissal of the Supervisory Board member

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”, the “Company”) discloses that on June 26, 2017 the Company received statement in which the Minister of Energy (representative of the State Treasury) dismissed Mr. Radosław Osiński from the Supervisory Board of the Company as of June 26, 2017. The statement was submitted pursuant to § 20 section 5 of the Company's Statutes, that entitles the State Treasury to appoint and dismiss one member of the Supervisory Board by way of a written declaration submitted to the Management Board of the Company.

Legal ground: § 5 section 1 p. 21 of the Regulation of the Polish Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
