Contents of the report
In reference to the current report no. 14/2017 dated March 15, 2017 on the petition for repeal of the resolution no. 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of September 5, 2016, the Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the “Company”) discloses that on March 16, 2018 it has received information that on March 15, 2018 the Regional Court in Warsaw dismissed in full the shareholder’s claim regarding repeal of the above mentioned resolution.
Legal ground: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state. (Dziennik Ustaw of 2014, item 133).
