Contents of the report
In connection with the current report no 18/2014 dated April 2, 2014 on the petition for annulment of the resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of February 6, 2014, the Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the „Company”) discloses that on June 22, 2015 the Regional Court in Warsaw dismissed in full the shareholder’s claim regarding annulment of the resolutions no 1, 2 and 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of February 6, 2014.

Legal ground: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
