Contents of the report
In connection with the current report no 44/2014 dated September 17, 2014 on the petition for annulment of the resolutions of the Ordinary General Meeting of June 6, 2014, the Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the „Company”) discloses that on August 13, 2015 the Regional Court in Warsaw dismissed in full the shareholder’s claim regarding annulment of the resolution no 4 of the Ordinary General Meeting of June 6, 2014. The verdict is not final and binding.
