In connection with the current report no 22/2015 dated August 21, 2015 on the petition for annulment of the resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of June 24, 2015, the Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the „Company”) discloses that on April 26, 2016 the Regional Court in Warsaw dismissed in full the shareholder’s claim regarding annulment of the resolution no 5 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company of June 24, 2015.
