In reference to the current report no. 32/2015 dated October 23, 2015 on the petition for annulment of the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of September 14, 2015, the Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the “Company”) discloses that on May 8, 2017 the Regional Court in Warsaw dismissed in full the shareholder’s claim regarding annulment of the resolution no. 1 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company of September 14, 2015.
