Dismissal of shareholder's appeal in the case for annulment of the resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of June 6, 2014

In connection with the current report no. 44/2014 dated September 17, 2014 on petition for annulment of the resolution no. 4 of the Ordinary General Meeting of June 6, 2014 and current report no. 19/2015 dated August 13, 2015 on the verdict of the Regional Court in Warsaw of August 13, 2015 on dismissal of shareholder’s claim for annulment of the resolution no. 4 of the Ordinary General Meeting of June 6, 2014, the Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. discloses that on March 2, 2017 the Court of Appeal in Warsaw dismissed the shareholder’s appeal against the above verdict of the Regional Court in Warsaw od August 13, 2015. The verdict of the Court of Appeal is final and binding.

Legal ground: § 38 section 1 p. 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
