Contents of the report
In connection with the current report no 18/2014 dated April 2, 2014 on the petition for annulment of the resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of February 6, 2014 and current report no 8/2015 dated June 22, 2015 on non-final verdict on dismissal of shareholder’s claim regarding the above mentioned case, the Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. discloses that the Appeal Court in Warsaw on March 24, 2017, taking into account the shareholder's withdrawal of claim filed in the case, overturned the verdict of 1st instance court and discontinued proceedings.
