Contents of the report
In connection with the current report no 30/2016 dated May 20, 2016 on the petition for annulment of the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of March 1, 2016, the Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. discloses that on March 24, 2017 was notified, that the Regional Court in Warsaw holding the closed court session issued a decision to discontinue the proceedings due to the shareholder's withdrawal of claim filed in the case.
