Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2026

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the "Company", "PGE") hereby discloses the dates of publication of the Company's periodic reports in 2026:

- Stand-alone annual report for 2025 and consolidated annual report of the PGE Capital Group for 2025 - April 15, 2026,

- Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 - May 26, 2026,

- Consolidated half year report for the first half of 2026 - September 15, 2026,

- Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2026 - November 24, 2026.

In addition, the Management Board of PGE discloses that "Consolidated statement of payments to the public administration for 2025" will be published on April 15, 2026.

The Management Board of the Company also announces that, pursuant to § 63 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated June 6, 2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Dziennik Ustaw of 2025, item 755) (the "Regulation"), the Company will not publish separate stand-alone quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterly reports of the PGE Capital Group will include quarterly financial information including information indicated in § 68 section 1-4, section 5 first sentence and section 9 of the Regulation.

Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs that the Company will not publish consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2025 and consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2026 pursuant to § 83 section 2 of the Regulation. The Company also will not publish separate stand-alone half year report for the first half of 2026 pursuant to § 63 section 3 of the Regulation.
