Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2025

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the "Company", "PGE") hereby discloses the dates of publication of the Company's periodic reports in 2025:

- Stand-alone annual report for 2024 and consolidated annual report of the PGE Capital Group for 2024 - April 15, 2025,

- Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2025 - May 27, 2025,

- Consolidated half year report for the first half of 2025 - September 9, 2025,

- Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2025 - November 25, 2025.

In addition, the Management Board of PGE discloses that "Consolidated statement of payments to the public administration for 2024" will be published on April 15, 2025.

The Management Board of the Company also announces that, pursuant to § 62 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Dziennik Ustaw of 2018, item 757) (the "Regulation"), the Company will not publish separate stand-alone quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterly reports of the PGE Capital Group will include quarterly financial information including information indicated in § 66 section 1-4, section 5 first sentence and section 9 of the Regulation.

Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs that the Company will not publish consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2024 and consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2025 pursuant to § 79 section 2 of the Regulation. The Company also will not publish separate stand-alone half year report for the first half of 2025 pursuant to § 62 section 3 of the Regulation.
