Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the "Company", "PGE") hereby discloses the dates of publication of the Company's periodic reports in 2015.
1. Consolidated quarterly reports:
- Quarterly report for the first quarter of 2015 - May 6, 2015.
- Quarterly report for the third quarter of 2015 - November 9, 2015.
2. Consolidated half year report for the first half of 2015 - August 11, 2015.
3. Annual reports:
- Stand - alone annual report for 2014 - February 17, 2015.
- Consolidated annual report for 2014 - February 17, 2015.
The Management Board of the Company announces that, pursuant to § 83 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Dziennik Ustaw of 2014, item 133) (the "Regulation"), the Company will not publish separate stand - alone quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterly reports of the PGE Capital Group will include condensed consolidated quarterly financial statement and quarterly financial information.
Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs that the Company will not publish consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2014 and consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2015 pursuant to § 102 section 1 and § 101 section 2 of the Regulation, respectively. The Company also will not publish separate stand-alone half-year report pursuant to § 83 section 3 of the Regulation.
