Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the “Company”, “PGE”) hereby informs about the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2011.
1. Consolidated quarterly reports:
Quarterly report for the first quarter of 2011 – May 16, 2011.
Quarterly report for the third quarter of 2011 – November 14, 2011.
2. Consolidated half year report for the first half of 2011 – August 31, 2011.
3. Annual reports:
Stand – alone annual report for 2010 – March 21, 2011.
Consolidated annual report for 2010 – March 21, 2011.
The Management Board announces that, pursuant to § 83 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state. (Dziennik Ustaw of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended) (the “Regulation”), the Company won’t publish separate stand - alone quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterly reports of the PGE Capital Group will contain condensed consolidated quarterly financial statement and quarterly financial information.
Moreover, the Management Board informs that Company won’t publish consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2010 and consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2011 pursuant to § 102 section 1 and § 101 section 2 of the Regulation, respectively. Company also won’t publish separate stand – alone half year report pursuant to § 83 section 3 of the Regulation.
