The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. discloses that on March 29, 2017 the company signed the agreement for sale of 100% shares in Exatel S.A. (the “Exatel shares”) to the State Treasury of Poland.
The sale price of the Exatel shares amounts to PLN 368.5 million.
