Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("Company") discloses that on February 6, 2014 the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") adopted resolutions concerning changes to the Company's Statutes.
The details of changes to the Statutes, adopted by the resolution no 4 of the EGM, are presented in the appendix no 1 to this current report. The EGM authorized the Supervisory Board to determine the consolidated text of the Statutes including the amendments adopted by the EGM. Draft consolidated text of the Statutes, including changes, is presented in appendix no 2 to this current report.
The changes to the Statutes become effective as from the date of their registration by the Register Court.
Legal ground: § 38 section 1 point 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
