Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”, the "Company") discloses that on January 31, 2024 the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company (“EGM”) adopted resolution on dismissing from the Supervisory Board of PGE as of 31 January 2024:
- Ms Janina Goss,
- Mr Tomasz Hapunowicz,
- Mr Mieczysław Sawaryn,
- Mr Artur Składanek,
- Mr Radosław Winiarski.
Afterwards, the EGM adopted resolutions on appointing to the Supervisory Board as from 1 February 2024:
- Ms Elżbieta Niebisz,
- Mr Eryk Kosiński,
- Ms Małgorzata Banasik,
- Mr Andrzej Rzońca,
- Mr Sławomir Patyra,
- Mr Andrzej Sadkowski,
- Mr Andrzej Kozyra.
Enclosed, the Company provides information on the newly appointed members of the Supervisory Board.
Legal ground: § 5 point 5 and § 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state. (Dziennik Ustaw of 2018, item 757).
