Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”), with reference to current report No. 46/2014 of December 19, 2014 concerning the dates of the publication of periodic reports in 2015, hereby informs that the date of the publication of the consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2015 has changed.
Consolidated half year report for the first half of 2015 shall be published on August 6, 2015.
Legal ground: § 103 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state. (Dziennik Ustaw of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended).
Consolidated half year report for the first half of 2015 shall be published on August 6, 2015.
