Change of publication date of annual reports of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. for 2023

With reference to the current report no. 1/2024 of January 12, 2024, the Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna (“PGE”) discloses that the publication dates of annual reports are changed in such way that the stand-alone annual report of PGE for 2023 and consolidated annual report of PGE Capital Group for 2023 will be published on April 4, 2024.

In addition, the Management Board of PGE discloses that “Consolidated statement of payments to the public administration for 2023” will be also published on April 4, 2024.

Legal ground: § 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Dziennik Ustaw of 2018, item 757).
