Appointment of the Supervisory Board members

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”, the "Company") discloses that on January 28, 2026 the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company (“EGM”) adopted resolutions on appointing to the Supervisory Board as from January 28, 2026:

- Mr Arkadiusz Tadeusz Krężel,

- Mr Wojciech Adam Wróbel.

Enclosed, the Company provides information on the newly appointed members of the Supervisory Board.

Legal ground: § 5 p. 6 and § 11 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated June 6, 2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Dziennik Ustaw of 2025, item 755).
