Appointment of the Management Board members

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”, the "Company") discloses that on January 14, 2026 the Supervisory Board of PGE adopted resolutions on:

- appointment of Mr Dariusz Lubera to the Management Board of the 12th term of office as from January 15, 2026 and entrusting him the position of the President of the Management Board;

- appointment of Ms Katarzyna Rozenfeld to the Management Board of the 12th term of office as from January 19, 2026 and entrusting her the position of the Vice-President for Operations.

Enclosed, the Company provides information on the newly appointed members of the PGE’s Management Board.

Legal ground: § 5 p. 6 and § 11 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated June 6, 2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Dziennik Ustaw of 2025, item 755).
